Can the app recover deleted files?

No. Once you confirm deletion in Whoosh Smart Cleaner, files are permanently removed from your device. We strongly recommend creating a backup via iCloud or Finder before using any deletion features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Does the app upload my photos or files?

No. All analysis happens entirely on your device using native iOS frameworks. We never access, read, or upload the content of your photos, videos, or files to any server.

The app isn't working correctly — what should I do?

Try the following steps:

Make sure the app has the necessary permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy.
Restart the app and try again.
Update to the latest version from the App Store.
